Aerobic training for about 3 hours
Although it is aerobic training, the duration of 3 hours is already beyond the limit of being able to cover the entire performance from liver glycogen, and therefore we have to replenish energy. At low intensity, however, it is definitely not necessary to work only with carbohydrate concentrates or, God forbid, gels. It is ideal to supplement with real, easily digestible food.
